Korea Reliability Testing Laboratory, Industry-Academia Cooperation Agreement (MOU) with University of Seoul
Korea Reliability Testing Laboratory Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "KRT") signed an industry-academia cooperation agreement (MOU) with the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation of the University of Seoul on September 2, 2026.
Following the earlier family-company agreement with Incheon National University and the family-member registration with Inha University's Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, this agreement further expands KRT's industry-academia cooperation network across the metropolitan area.
Both institutions have agreed to cooperate in cultivating and securing skilled technical personnel and in promoting corporate development, and will pursue exchange and cooperation in the following areas:
Participation in joint and commissioned industry-academia research
Development of and participation in joint education programs, including curricula, field practicums, and internships for talent development
Sharing of information on the latest technologies and industry trends through seminars and workshops
Sharing of employment and recruitment information
Joint use of testing, analysis, and research equipment and facilities for the training and education of specialized personnel
Other activities deemed necessary by both institutions for industry-academia cooperation
KRT is a specialized testing and evaluation institution that provides reliability testing, performance evaluation, environmental testing, and precision analysis services for a wide range of industrial products, spanning the electrical and electronics, mechanical components, industrial equipment, power and energy, defense, and nuclear sectors.
KRT has objectively verified the functional stability, environmental resistance, durability, and quality reliability of products, and supports the technical verification and quality improvement required in the field based on the testing experience and analytical capabilities accumulated in the electrical components and nuclear sectors.
In particular, the joint use of testing and analysis equipment and facilities included in this agreement is expected to serve as a practical channel for linking the university's research infrastructure with KRT's testing facilities. Building on this agreement, KRT plans to expand technical exchange with the University of Seoul and to contribute to cultivating field-ready professionals through field practicum and internship programs.
By connecting the respective strengths of academia and industry, KRT will continue to build cooperative cases that contribute to regional industrial development and enhanced technological competitiveness.
