Korea Reliability Testing Laboratory Co., Ltd. (KRT) is committed to maintaining and ensuring impartiality in providing its testing services. All employees involved in testing activities understand the importance of impartiality, manage conflicts of interest, and strive to ensure the reliability of testing results. Accordingly, we hereby declare our policy on impartiality to secure and guarantee the objectivity of our testing laboratory as follows.

We conduct testing activities impartially, and the management guarantees this impartiality.
2.
All internal and external risks to the impartiality of the laboratory are continuously identified, and actions are taken to eliminate or minimize them.
3.
We are responsible for the impartiality of our testing activities and do not permit any commercial, financial, or other pressures (threats, undue demands, etc.) that compromise impartiality. In cases of conflict of interest, the involved parties are excluded from testing and evaluation services.
4.
We do not engage in marketing or make proposals to customers in connection with the activities of specific organizations that provide consultancy services.
5.
No activities that could undermine impartiality are permitted for departments or employees performing testing activities.
6.
To provide reliable testing results, we identify the competence of our human resources and do our best to ensure that customers and stakeholders can trust our tests through continuous training.
7.
We fully recognize the importance of objectivity and impartiality in conducting testing activities, and we are dedicated to identifying, eliminating, or minimizing risks to ongoing impartiality.
